Content Creator (AI-Driven)

Xelta Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, AI-savvy Content Creator who can use modern AI tools to develop engaging, high-quality, performance-driven content. The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills with a practical understanding of social media, digital marketing, and AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling content for social media, digital ads, blogs, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Use AI tools for content ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and optimization.
• Write attention-grabbing hooks, persuasive ad copy, captions, headlines, and short-form video scripts.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and performance teams to align content with campaign goals and brand voice.
• Adapt content for different platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Review content for quality, accuracy, originality, and brand consistency before publishing.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Manage multiple content tasks and deliver quality work within deadlines.

AI Tools (Must-Have)

Hands-on experience with several of the following tools is expected:

• Writing and ideation: ChatGPT, Jasper AI, Copy.ai
• Visual content: Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva
• Video content: Runway ML, Pictory

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and performance marketing basics.
• Ability to produce and adapt content at scale using AI tools while maintaining quality and originality.
• Strong research, communication, time-management, and collaboration skills.
• A valid passport is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form video scripts, ad creatives, campaign content, or content for a fast-paced digital marketing, technology, or AI-focused environment.
