Social Outreach Manager

Xelta Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Social Outreach Manager to build relationships, increase brand visibility, manage social media outreach, and generate engagement and business opportunities across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify and connect with influencers, creators, industry professionals, and potential business partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brands, and relevant online communities.
• Manage outreach messages, emails, follow-ups, and collaboration requests.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
• Track outreach performance, engagement metrics, responses, and campaign results.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and potential collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain outreach databases, contact lists, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align outreach activities with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social outreach, influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with cold outreach, email marketing, relationship building, and follow-ups.
• Ability to identify relevant influencers, creators, and business collaboration opportunities.
• Good research, networking, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, outreach tools, and performance tracking is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
